• You will not hold Time-In Time-Out Tito Tracker, hereby referred to as "TiTo", or the managing LLC liable for any lost data. Data stored is property of TiTo and although steps will be taken to protect and retain data for users, accidents can happen during maintenance, migration, upgrades or updates, or other necessary work in line with the ability of the web administrators for TiTo.

• You will not seek indemnification from TiTo or the managing LLC for the website being "down," unavailable, or broken. As this is a month to month service with no contract, you are free to cancel your subscription if you feel the product does not meet the standards you desire.
